• A prepaid return label is included in the box with your order. To return an item, simply pack the product securely, attach the return label, and send it back to us.

3. Exchanges
• Exchanges are not accepted. If you would like to return an item, please follow the return process, and a refund will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
4. Refund Process
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and you can expect to see the refund reflected in your bank account within 7 business days.

• The cost of return shipping is covered by us through the prepaid return label included in your package.
